I’ve been trying to find a solution for this problem for days and It can get frustrating. When I check for the drive in Device Manager > Under Universal Serial Bus Controller > It has listed the USB as " Device Unknown " (Drivers are not installed). I’ve spent countless hours on google trying to find a solution and even tried to uninstall USB Root Hub drivers in safe mode and restarting but still no luck. I’ve also tried to change USB cables, Right click My Computer > Manage > Device Management. Still nothing shows up. Please direct me to where I can find a driver for this USB device or any other help would be greatly appreciated.
How does Microsoft’s UVCView utility see the device?
