HELP! Unable to view my files! My Cloud Home Duo - Getting message "Nothing here yet" after firmware update

Please help!

Here is what I see on the various interfaces after my firmware update was done.

  1. Mobile app - I can log in to my account, and it shows “Nothing here yet”. When I go to the settings, it shows 650GB of 4TB available.
  2. WD Discovery - I can log in but it shows the device as offline.
  3. MyCloud.com - I can log in, and it does not show any of the files (says Add files). When I go to the settings, it shows 650GB of 4TB available.

Additional information

  • Connection type - Relay
  • Software version - 7.15.1-101
  • Configuration - RAID1

I have a lot of data on this and need a way to get to them. Any help will be much appreciated.
