Help required for WD Studio II 4TB

Dear All

Here is my problem

I have a WD Studio II and a PC under windows 7 64bits

Since 2 days, my external hd shows an idle LED (the 4 leds are on) and the drive is not more recognized by Windows

I tried to shut it down, to unplugged it… and nothing works

Please help me

did you turn off the the pc and remove it?  if not, turn off the pc, disconnect the drive, turn the pc back on, and once it’s up and running, plug the drive back in.  what happens?  also check disk management to see if the drive shows up in there.

If this drive has the WD RAID manager check that also.
