hello
I have a big problem with my new “MyCloud x2” connected to the electricity grid and to the Internet but does not want to work.
Right from ignition part of the fan at maximum power and blue light lanpeggia continuously. I tried to remove the disc and leave it off for a while but nothing has changed.
Can you help?

Is your WD My Cloud EX2 assigned an IP address by your router? Is the unit detected on your router’s Administration Page under the IP client table? Is your network part of a domain? Does it use a Group Policy?
