Just bought My Passport ultra. Get the following: “C:\windows\system32\ MSDTPRX.DLL is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error” when trying to install WD backup set. Says “no back up targets found” after discovering devices. When I close this box computer says “WD Backup WAS successful - are you sure you don’t want to create a back up plan now? Note: can create a backup plan anytime using configure back up menu from the WD system tray icon” . I do not have this icon on screen (have utilities & security ok). How do I check the download has been successful?
