HELP PLEASE I TURNED OFF MY CLOUD EX4 WHILE FORMATTING accidentally, when I turn it on again it says power supply has failed and showing red light and when I log in the size in dashboard showing 0MB … PLEASE HELP ME

Oh yes , I did I feel relieve now when the dashboard shows 0MB I thought those 4 hard disk are corrupted and need to replace.
I assumed he had tried this and was unsuccessful. Good call making sure
