Help please..cannot share email link?

Hi Forum!,

New EX2 user here…I’ve just installed my new EX2 drive today and all the software(and new firmwares) .When i access mycloud drive from my desktop I can see and access all my loaded files which is all fine however when I right click and select “email” on any of my folders or files nothing happens?. According to setup help an email link window should open so I can send share link to my friends - no box opens??

Any help would be greatly appreciated, yes I’ve logged a new support case but I have a client waiting to view many files urgently.

Hi, if you are using the My Cloud desktop app, when you click on the 'Email" option, a window should appear with your email client. You can also select the option to “Copy Link” and send the email manually.
