Help Opening a File Link. I'm stuck!

I’m new to this so please forgive me if this has been asked and answered a zillion times

When I send a link and anyone (me included) tries to open it, you get this error message: “Safari can’t find server”  I don’t have a clue what I am doing wrong.  Below is a copy of the link as an example.  Please help. I’m stuck.

Hello,

Take a look at his thread.

Many thanks for the reply, but there is no info to help my problem.  Would someone PLEASE try that link or the one below to see if anyone can connect.

I dont have a clue how to do this routine task of sharing a file.

Please help

Your link works, but it says File not Found.

Did you delete, move, or rename the original file from which the link was generated?

What’s odd is that the response does not seem to be coming from an EX4, and there’s no “Port Number” in your URL, and there’s no HTTPS port open on your network, both of which are required for WD 2go to work.

Only port 80 is appears to be forwarded on your network.

Your link is working fine for me.  Dowqnloading “01 Turn! Turn! Turn! (To Everything There Is a Season).mp3”

Depending on a persons DNS settings it could poccibly be a problem.  But it works fine here.

Yep, and they’re working fine for me, too, now.
