Help needed: folder gone from 4 TB unit

Hi there,

I’ve run into quite a big problem and need some help dearly. To make a long story short, a full folder has disappeared from one of the Sharespace data folders. I was saving a file to the folder with Ultraedit when the application crashed hard, after that the folder was not there anymore.

I’ve tried restarting the sharespace unit with identical results. Recovery software is of no use since it doesn’t  “see” networked drives. But that data has to be there (it was configured as raid 5).

Not trying to blame the sharespace drive here, I just want help to recover that folder. Any suggestions? Please?
