Help! My passport essential 1tb has fallen down!

Hi guys!!! I have a trouble! My passport fell down while working and being connected to the PC. So, now there is no sign of life from it/ The light is not working, the drive is not spinning round, the PC does not see it at all. 

What can I do? Any ideas how to save the information?

The drive sounds like it’s damaged so it will probably take professional recovery.

Thanks, if its possible, can  u tell me how, cause in Belarus there are no such services!!!
