HELP My Cloud has constant white LED - data recovery?

My My Cloud has a constant white LED. I have tried all reset options and left to its own devices for days on end. WD support has offered to send a new unit (despite it being out of warranty!).

Is there any way to recover the data - the WD recommended data recovery company has quoted £1200!!!

Willing to try anything!

Use the forum search feature (the magnifying glass icon upper right). There are numerous threads discussing how to recover data. Is the My Cloud accessible in any way? Via the Dashboard, SSH, or Windows File Explorer/Mac Finder?
