my cloud drive keeps disconnecting every time i upload a file. It freezes at about 25% upload no matter the file size. then i have to unplug the drive just so i can see my files. I use it for work and need it functioning again and quick. Any help is greatly appreciated
Have you tried disabling Twonky Media service via Settings, Media? Even if you do this temporarily it may help identify the culprit. Presumably you are on the latest firmware.
I disabled media and it still freezes and I checked that I have the latest firmware. Also when preforming a dianostic it fails every time.
