Brand new, non-techie … I am desperately doing all I can to get my MacBook Air to see WD My Cloud as an Available Disk to back up to.
I’ve literally tried everything and lost 2 days to finding a solution. I’ve invested in this Wireless Drive to stop using Apple iCloud release some space on my Mac but failing miserably!
Annoyingly, I seem to be able to see my neighbours “MyCloud-XXXX.local” yet cannot see my own?
Please help, the standard manual does not provide a solution. Nor can I see any suggestions around >Dashboard
