Help in setting up proxy server address

Hi,

I want to try out  http://www.unblock-us.com on the WD TV Live SMP

I am unable to find the place where I can enter the DNS name provided here  http://support.unblock-us.com/customer/portal/articles/291573

Has anyone tried this before? 

Any idea how I can do this?
