Ok so I receive error code (C-41902-6) while trying to use my WD my book 2TB External HD
Saying I have to meet 3 conditions
- USB 3.0 or later
- 250 GB minimum 8tb maximum
- Directly connect to PS4
And I have all 3 conditions
But no luck
Format the drive on your PC deleting all Data and Partitions and then plug back into the PS4 Console and Format it. (instructions in link below)
Be aware, once formatted as Extended Storage for PS4 Games you can’t use the Hard drive for storing anything else and your PC will not recognize it (except in Disk Management where you can reformat it for PC use)
