files to my new WD external hard drive.All i wanted was something with basic steps to do this.Why do they make everything so complicated?It’s hard to know if i even set up the new hard drive on my desk top properly.Can someone please tell me in simple english on how i can transfer the files without assuming i have a degree in computer science.
You are correct, this is not easy unless you know how to do it, and a degree in CS is not necessary. This is not the place to ask this question either, because no one (unless they have unlimited free time) is going to take the time to answer this.
