Not sure what my drive us. It is a much older model that needs external power. It has white lights in the front…a white dot, a white lock, then 4 white bars.The back up says it has over 13,000 files it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
@Janney15 It will definitely help if you can provide what WD device this is. Have you looked on the bottom for a Model/serial number? Visit the Learning Center and see if that helps.
Click on Shop My Cloud Products and see if it shows. Place your mouse pointer over Products to find more devices.
