[Help] F: is not accesible, file is corrupted and unreadable

Hi, I have a problem with my passport external hard drive and I need help.

I used the hard drive in the xbox one all the time but I noticed that last night didnt recognize it and this morning neither the pc, it says F: is not accesible. The file or directory is corrupted and unreadable.
Already try CHKDSK but the unit is not accesible. Any recommendations to resolve this issue?

Hi,

Check the drive status in disk management, might be it has lost its file system or the drive letter is missing.
