HELP! Can't transfer files when mapped

Help!  I can’t que multiple transfers or even transfer a single folder with movies in it to a USB Stick - I get a network error…seems like my EX$ is timing out or something unexplainable.

Desktop - mapped to NAS

500GB USB Drive in the Desktop

Trying to transfer from the NAS through the Desktop to the USB Drive.

Before this firmware update I had no issues and now I can’t que up 100GB worth of files to transfer and let it run all night.  I need some help.  I have turned off power saver mode and it didn’t do anything.
