I have a mac-air and i have WD 2TB passport. It runs very slow and the files like my movie videos can’t be played and some of it appears so slow and some don’t appear at all… WHYYYY??? maybe bacause I sometimes not safely remove it??
Hi, always remember to safely eject the Passport before disconnecting, failing to do so can cause file corruption. You can try to repair the corrupted files using the Disk Utility. Check the link below for more information.
