HELP Buying G Drive Differences in Thunderbolt & GRAID ??

I am bidding NOW (Sun 3.22.20) on Ebay and need a 8Tn or 10Tb or 12Tb to consolidate all my files and dup delete, merge and organize. The SELLERS have confused SKU Model Numbers and I dont think they know what the correct SKU #s are on what they are selling!!
I am completely confused on Model SKU #s

  1. What is GRAID?

  2. I’m using at 2012 Macbook Pro i5 and just installed New 500 SSD and 16 Ram. Is there significant speed differences for me between me buying ThunderBolt 1, 2, 3 or just USB 3?

  3. What are correct SKU numbers on these units
