Help: 3.00 TB WDC WD30EFRX-68EUZN0 ATA Error Count: 3152 (Error Log included)

I bought 3x3tb WD to build my own nas with a software raid5.
The first time 1 hdd failed, I tried every smart test even the wd one, but there was nothing to do, so I sent it back to WD with RMA.
I get a “new” WD 3tb WDC WD30EFRX-68EUZN0 and I build my software raid5. In 2/3 days the “new” hdd failed, but with WD smart tools I was able to repair it.

Now, after a week, this is the situation.
Raid5 is active and clean. GSsmartControl says that every hdd are healty.
Smart short test runs fine on every hdd without problems, but in the “new” hdd’s log error there are ATA Error Count: 3152.

I’m trying to perform a long smart test with smartctl, then i’ll do it with the wd tool.

What should I do? I’m really disappointed.
Thank you.

Ps.: not sure if that helps but my motherboard is Asus P5QL-E.
