Hello! My Passport Essential Issues :(

Hi everyone,

Im having issues with a “my passport essential” running on windows XP on my bosses computer

Problem is when I plug it in windows wont recognise it. As in I can safely remove it. but does not appear as a volume under my computer?

any help much appreciated.

Since there’s been no replies, maybe you should try contacting WD’s Technical Support about this. You can do so either by phone or email.
