Accidentally deleted upperfilter in “Device USBSTOR\DISK&VEN_WD&PROD_ELEMENTS_25A2&REV_1014\57584C31413536505A413044&0” and now external hard drives wont register. It makes the sound like it is connected and the drives light up, they also show up in device manager, but they don’t show up in disk management. I don’t know what to do. Could someone help me with the advice?
