I just wanted to make sure I was understanding this information posted on top of the forum list correctly.
After spending nearly a week without remote connection because of a server issue that we have yet to actually be given a reason why it occurred. Wd now wants us to manually disable remote connections while they fix ANNOOOTTHHHEEERR problem.
