I,ve had the following issue after upgrading to 1.03.49.I had to reset my wdtv because an mkv-file would not play.
But theni turned my WD TV Live on and it wouldn,t switch to the menu.The screen stayed blank,so downgrading was not an option…I could not see what i was doing.I tried resetting my wdtv,still a blank screen…Disconnected the power after a few minutes,still no menu,it stayed blank…Then i disconnected the power again,but this time a lot longer…Still No menu…At some time i saw the WD logo at startup distorted,still no menu…Then i switched to another hdmi connection and this worked!!Then i switched back to the first hdmi connection and this also worked(again)
Now everything is working fine,but it seems this HDMI auto resolution selection issue is still not resolved…
