HDD sleep functionality

Hello everybody,
I use my WDMyCloudEX2 device.
I have maybe an issue. I have set the HDD hibernation function. On my device with the OS3 it worked…after about 10 minutes the device went to a sleep mode, without any noise. But since the OS update to 5, it seems that this is not working. I have to shut down every time after a use, because the device has vety big noise. It seems that the HDDs are still in work, and the fans are working. All day long.
My device is in my bedroom, so it is verry annoying.
Do somebody know a solution?

Please check your dashboard for the Indexing or Generating Previews message. If Indexing or Generating Previews is showing, the Cloud Access is processing data. Power it off will only stop the process until you power it on again.
