HDD making "Brr" Noise

My HDD [Model - WD20EZRZ] is making “Brr” noise for the past couple of months, and also I have noticed overall performance reduction. If I right-click on anything, it takes almost forever to load and open the menu. I tried to figure out the noise source by turning on the computer without connecting the hard drive and then connecting the hard drive, and sure enough, the noise is from the hard drive. It was fine until four months ago, but I did not think much about it. But now the sound if very frequent and performance is experiencing a nosedive. Is it normal for an HDD to make a noise like that? Should I take it to the shop? I included video evidence demonstrating the problem. Please check it. One is with the casing open, and the other is with the casing closed.
