I have this HDD i didnt have time to replace it till now and now i tryed to register it and i cant, couse of an error.
Then i try to create a support case and gues what i cant, theres something wrong with the code its like it doesnt exist .

I baught it from a local pc storage online.
About the warranty, that work just fine, it is not the problem.
