Have a my cloud with static IP address cannot use dashboard

I put my cloud on a static IP address and I wanted to use the dashboard functions but it now cannot find my unit.  How can I tell the dashboard the address if it won’t even load to tell it?

I think the method is to type your static ip address in your browser address bar and hit enter.
