I use a 4tb WD My Passport external hard drive to store my photographs - of which I take a lot. I have tried to access this and note that any files I have saved since November 2019 are no longeron the device. Up until today, this had been working perfectly, saving and storing all of my pictures. Does anyone have any idea if this is a corrupted hard drive, if the data is indeed lost or whether I can recover it somehow? I’ll be devastated to have lost in the region of 2tb of my photographs. Thank you. The device is a My Passport.
