I cannot find it on the network. DHCP enabled.
How are you resetting the unit? The reset process should be done while the unit is still connected to the power supply and your router.
If the process was handled correctly and the Ethernet cable is good then the unit may had failed while it was not in use. If so, you should be able to replace it under warranty.
Have you changed ISP or router since it was last working? In particular, are you an AT&T customer…?
