My WDTV Live Hub will not get past the splash screen so I can not reset to factory defaults from the menu. Is there a way to reset to factory defaults and/or could the internal hard drive be reformatted maybe or have diagnostics run on it?
Hi yb4rud1, welcome to the WD Community. You can try pressing the reset button on the bottom side of the Live Hub.
