Hard Reset Does Not Work

Hi, my Mycloud doesn´t show anything in the dashboard. I assume due to a firmware update which was done automatically.
When trying to do the 40sec hard reset it doesnt work at all.
Here is what I did:

Unplug power
Press reset and hold it
plug in power
Keep holding reset for 40sec

What am I doing wrong?

Im having the same problem, but not after update the firmware! Mycloud in not visible anymore and after try some hard reset its not showing in windows ?

Any light here ? Thank you Luis.
