Hard Reset Does not work

Hi, my Mycloud doesnt show anything in the dashboard. I assume due to a firmware update which was done automatically.
When trying to do the 40sec hard reset it doesnt work at all.
Here is what I did:

  1. Unplug power
  2. Press reset and hold it
  3. plug in power
  4. Keep holding reset for 40sec

What am I doing wrong?

What color is the front LED on the single bay/single drive My Cloud unit?

Maybe I should mention that it´s a 2 bay EX2100.
Both LEDs are blue though.
