Hi, I recently acquired a WD My Book hard drive. Since yesterday, it has been constantly ejecting itself a few seconds after I connected it, including one time when a message appeared that I didn’t ejected it properly before disconnecting it. The same problem also occurs with my WD My Passport hard drive. Anyone knows what could be the problem?
Hello, this could be an issue with the USB port or the USB cable, have you tried changing then? also using a different computer can help you check if thats the issue.
