It was working on Sata III at 6.0 Gb/s, motherboard Asus P6X58D-E, which has Marvell 9128 controller. I did something with the drive xpert setup utility changing the current mode by accident (modes are Super Speed , EZ Backup , Normal Mode ). The drive is seen on Port 0 in the Xpert device list, but Marvell no longer posts after the Asus Bios post and the drive will not show up in windows. This drive is being used as standalone. The drive will be recognized and work fine if I hook it up to Sata II. Is there any way I can revert back to allow this drive to work on the 6.0 Gb/s Sata III controller?

is the “xpert setup utility” from the bios or a program you run/ran in windows?

if its in the bios, is there a way to reset all the settings to defaults
