I purchased WD Hard Drive USB 3.0 around 2 months ago, after a week it stopped working. So, I got replaced my WD External Hard Drive USB 3.0 with USB 2.0 under RMA No. [Deleted].
But I want USB 3.0 only in replacement. I called on your toll free no. so many times from the date I got replacement. All the time your reprsentatives were saying the USB 3.0 is out of stcok and they are expecting it within a week.
Today again I called, your representative were saying “you can use the USB 2.0 Drive and can store data in it, once we got stock we will send you USB 3.0 first and after transferring your data from USB 2.0 to USB 3.0, you can send us USB 2.0 drive back.” and he told you are expecting the USB 3.0 in this week only.
Kindly take this issue in higher priority and intimate me whenever you are having USB 3.0 with you.
