I am trying to do my first backup using SmartWare but my entire Hard Drive is showing up as “System” There is no differentiation for other file types (i.e. pictures, documents, etc.) Am I missing something?
Make sure that you are running the latest version of the Smartware software by checking for updates within the software. The issue is likely a problem that occurred during install. This problem usually happens when WDFME.exe aka WD File management Engine service is not started.
