Hard drive caution condition

My hard drive has been making weird noises lately like clicking sounds that stop after a while. I decided to check it using crystaldiskinfo and I get caution warnings for “reallocated sectors count” and “current pending sector count”.

Is there a way to fix this or is it normal?

When I had this happen to my drive it later failed. So now every time I hear clicking I know the drive is on it’s way out. If you have RAID1 identify the drive and replace it. Otherwise backup your data onto another. Just incase.
