Hard Disk Upgrade

I purchased this RAID in December 0f 2016.

I am considering upgrading the Hard Disk Drives to increase capacity. In previous RAID systems, I was able to insert a new larger drive and the RAID would rebuild.

Once the new drive was built, I could insert the 2nd new drive and allow it to build.

Is that possible on this system?
Is there software to monitor?

I also assume I would have to extend the unused space into the working drive space or make a new partition.

Do you have a white paper on the steps?

I am also looking for help on this subject matter. I also wonder if the Brand of Hard Drive that I buy matters i.e. WD Red Pro or do I have to buy HGST?
