In the month of February2024 I have purchased WD hard disc 1.5TB to store my marriage photos and Videos so, have given to the photographer to transfer the photos and Videos of all the events, but after transferring the data we came to know that data got encrypted, Unfortunately nobody knows how to decrypt the data. They are saying I need plugging from the company I don’t know whom to contact but the data which got encrypted it is very important for me so, I need somebody to help me with this please …

Exactly what drive did you buy? Is it an external USB?
Does it ask for a password when you first connect it?
Did the photographer successfully transfer the files?
Can you open/view any of them?

I can view the files but I can’t open them because it is showing like this please refer to the picture I have uploaded
Are you able to copy any of them to your local drive? If so, do they open OK?
Look at the properties of a few of them. Go to the Details tab and see if all the metadata is still there.
Otherwise, you may have to get the copies back from the photographer.
You could run a disk check on the drive or get the WD drive utilities and run some diagnostics.
I doubt the drive is encrypted. Disk encryption applies to the entire disk, not individual files and requires running a long process to encrypt. Once you plug the drive it, you are typically prompted for the password to unlock the drive.
