GUI freeze

Hi.

Yesterday I was asked for help: A WD EX2 ultra show a red power light. After logon the gui the gui freeze, so it was not possible to see any errors, logs and so on.
Access per share was OK.
After some reading we deleted some files from the biggest share and the power led turns blue.

But the gui stays freezed. Same after reboot.
Can this be solved without reset of the whole Nas?
