gtech drives power on, but don’t mount in OS Monterrey

I have upgraded to the latest Monterey release and my drive will not mount. It does however show in the Disk Utility. I’ve tried using different cables, etc. This happened specifically after the Monterey install and still is an issue. How can I fix this? The drive has my Time Machine Backups so I can’t downgrade or anything to resolve the issue because I can’t access it.
