GspeedQ one Blue light Not working

The drives all appear to be working properly and Apple’s Disk Utility doesn’t see any problem BUT one of the blue drive lights is not working - does anyone know if this is a possible drive problem or if the led/bulb/light has possibly died ?

In most cases the enclosure light would illuminate Red if there was a hardware issue. If the light on the drive does not come on then it is possible that the LED is no longer operational. Please call our support center and an agent can help diagnose and / or replace if under warranty.
