GSpeed reports all four drives dead

The “G” on my drive bay is red and all four drives are blinking red.
The app reports that all four drives are dead and offline.
The GSpeed itself is only about 6 months old.
How can all four drives be dead?
How can I contact WD directly and get this fixed or my drives replaced?
If all of my data is now lost, what is the purpose of this thing if I can’t trust my data on it?
