I recently purchased this unit, but after a while there was an error. The error is more important for hard disk drives that I use. But somehow on this fact I could not send a request for this support from the device administrator panel.

An error occurred while loading the system log.

He tells me when I send a report. Whatever it was, I still have a number of questions:

  1. On the screen, you can see the status of my disks (for the second disk the situation is identical) - should I worry and think about an imminent replacement of disks, or not? I absolutely can not understand in what all the same the meaning of these numbers, and in what window … what result?

  2. When I decide to change both drives, how should I do this? Pull out one of the current ones and insert a new one - and expect that the RAID mode itself will transfer all the information, after which I’ll pull out another old disk, and put a new one, so the RAID mode will again update the information on the disks automatically?
