Got My Book Live - How do you access it away from home?

It doesn’t give instructions on how to access your data from home.  When I go to WDMyCloudcom to login, There’s not a area to create an account.

How do you create a Cloud account.  How do you access the drive away from home?  The IP at home using is 192.168.0.*.  I know this is not it.
