Going to Australian Consumer Affairs over wrong drives sent twice and being ignored

Guys what would be the correct information to use to goto consumer affairs?
When WD gave me the RMA the second time round it featured a totally different company to send the drives to.

UPS SCS (Australia) Pty Ltd
14A Baker Street Unit 4
Botany, New South Wales, 2019

I’m going to the ACCC and want to add the correct company responsible.
