Ghost pics-MyPassport

Hi guys,

I’m facing the following problem:

All files, subfiles and picture names  are visible when I open My Passport BUT when I try to open the pics there is an indication “the file is deleted or not available”.

What is happening to my files???They seem like ghost pics now :frowning:

The blue font would indicate your computer believes those are protected system files. If the properties were not manipulated then this is another form of data corruption.

I’d recommend a file system repair utility. If this does not work then the next step would be a dedicated Data Recovery service analysis:
